It is essential for enabling firms to actively work on upgrading their corporate strategies and thoroughly comprehending the input from customers on their items. It entails computational analysis of a person's purchasing interests and subsequent opinion mining about a company's corporate entity. This thing can be seen as a person, an event, a blog article, or a product experience. Reviews, ratings, and comments left by users can be analyzed to provide more insightful data for business purpose. Understanding the consumer's needs and foretelling their future intents toward the service are made possible via the study of such consumer behaviour.
