Abstract
The business process outsourcing industry in India is one of the fastest growing in the country and a major contributor to our GDP. As a result of recent growth and development in global telecommunications, a new category of service has emerged; this category is known as Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES). The increased demand for a wide range of goods and services brought on by modernization has created a substantial need for customer service managers. various young people are now looking to the telecommunications industry for employment because of the various options it offers. The BPO business has seen high attrition rates from the start, despite its tremendous expansion and promising future possibilities. Retaining employees is difficult because of how expensive it is to bring on new workers and train them. Large-scale personnel turnover has a negative impact on corporate success as well
