Detection of False Medication Adherence

The lack of adherence to treatment is considered in general, to be higher than 50%. Given the magnitude of the problem, it is sought to detect it and solve it through various methods — of which, there are few studies and publications regarding the “climate of trust.” In these, the patient expresses the genuine truth of the lack of adherence, and even of intentional non- compliance. That is to say, they express their pharmacotherapeutic experience; which will allow the healthcare professional, not only to agree on the appropriate treatment for the patient, but to rebuild it.
