Macroeconomics stability in the system of competitive development of economy

The methodological approaches to determination of the level of national economy sustainability are developed. These approaches are designed on the basis of comparison of actual and optimal functioning parameters of national economy in terms of vulnerability to external shocks. The comparison of dynamics of macroeconomic indicators of Ukraine and the global economy, including the EU-15, new member states of EU and CIS countries is made. The quantitative analysis of the national economy sustainability dynamics under the negative external factors is conducted. Based on statistical analysis of national economy performance the risks of Ukraine development are identified in the context of macroeconomic, industrial, investment, science, technology, foreign trade, energy and financial sectors. The basic trends of the state policy to increase the sustainability of the national economy are identified.
