Peculiarities of venture capital regulation in Ukraine

Infrastructure of innovation market and characteristic features of innovation investment through venture funds are considered. The functions of venture capital in market economy are analyzed and specific activities of joint investment institutions of Ukraine are studied. The necessity for financing innovation projects by credit union is grounded and tax provisions aimed at increased efficiency of state regulation of domestic economy venture capital are offered.
