Risk management in crisis management of small businesses

Entrepreneurial activity is always associated with risks, and especially during the current economic situation in the country and in the world. Therefore, there is a need to develop a number of actions to regulate the risks associated with doing business in order to minimize large business losses and further negative consequences, which determines the relevance of this study. The article considers the anti-crisis management system, the basic concepts of strategic management, as well as risk management, sets goals and objectives for identifying measures in the anti-crisis management of small businesses. As a result, the causes of economic instability and their impact on small businesses were considered. A set of measures to manage risks and minimize them in a small enterprise is also proposed.
