About the training of students of a pedagogical university to ensure continuity in the education and upbringing of preschoolers and younger schoolchildren

The article presents an analysis of the problem of preparing students of a pedagogical university to ensure continuity in the education and upbringing of preschoolers and younger schoolchildren. The author's fundamental considerations about the need for a systematic approach to scientific and methodological education of students mastering two-profile educational programs are substantiated. Attention is focused on the aspect of psychological and pedagogical (functional) literacy of future teachers capable of organizing the training and upbringing of preschoolers and younger schoolchildren, taking into account age and individual typological features of development: subject-developing and imaginative-developing environment, copying and imitation, game learning and educational and gaming activities, empathic impressions and experiences, ideas and creative imagination.
