Abstract
The article examines the process and results of the final qualification research in the field of the development of written speech in English at the level of secondary general education in the aspect of the use of vocabulary and phraseology of a literary text based on the concept of continuous Linguistic and Rhetorical (L&R) education of the Sochi School.
