Development of practical tools of innovation management using polar profiles method

Innovative components with the use of polar profiles methodology are first presented. The concept of the innovative component use in projects is explained as providing project managers with the possibility to make more efficient management decisions. The classification of innovations is presented, and the possibility to use innovations is considered as a long-term strategic direction of the project with consistent innovative activity being a part of its production objective.
