AN ANTI–CRISIS PLAN AS AN EFFECTIVE MECHANISM FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF AN ENTERPRISE IN A CRISIS

Introduction. Based on the results of the analysis of most domestic enterprises, it can be concluded that due to the rapid growth of the crisis situation, significant difficulties have arisen in the conduct of activities, which directly affected the efficiency of enterprises. There is a significant destabilization in the socio-economic system, which leads to a decrease in the level of economic, political and demographic indicators of the system. As a result, enterprises face problems in the supply and sales process, such as imbalance between timeliness of supply and production, insufficient resource potential, closure of some raw material supply channels and sales of finished products. To survive, enterprises need to implement an updated policy and adapt to the new working environment. Therefore, the implementation of an effective anti-crisis management mechanism has become a global problem that needs to be solved. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to justify the usefulness of the use of the anti-crisis plan as an effective mechanism for the functioning of the enterprise in the conditions of crisis, which is based on 5 spheres of activity: the marketing sphere, the investment area, the sphere of personnel management, the scope of organizational management and operational management, and the area of financial management. Materials and Methods. Research materials are: 1) the work of domestic and foreign authors that concepts and mechanisms of anti-crisis management; 2) electronic materials such as, online database and official websites of enterprises. In the process of the study, the following scientific methods were used: generalization (to characterize the main components of anti-crisis management, definition of the concept and types of anticrisis control); synthesis (to define and compile the main functional base of the anti-crise plan); analysis (to confirm the necessity and effectiveness of actions in the specified spheres of activity); logical generalisation of results (formulating and drawing up conclusions). Results. The scientific article generalizes the principle of anti-crisis management. Determined the main components and characteristics of types of anti-crisis management in relation to the time of the crisis, as well as their tasks. Analysis of the anti-crisis plan as a mechanism for the operation of the enterprise in conditions of crisis. The essence is revealed and the creation of an anti-crisis plan is described step by step. There are five main areas of activity on the basis of which an anti-crisis plan should be created. Examples of introduction of anti-crisis measures in each area are given. An anti-crisis plan is an effective tool for corporate management. This plan is based on 5 areas of activity: marketing, investment, personnel management, organizational management and operational management, and financial management. The areas under consideration of the anti-crisis plan are closely related and cannot function separately, since to prevent or mitigate any crisis it is necessary to take action at once in several areas. These areas have been chosen as they are most important for the stability and success of the enterprise. Each area has unique risks that require attention to prevent crisis situations and minimize losses. Discussion. Further scientific research proposes to focus on methods of systematization and ordering anti-crisis measures in enterprises, i. e. improvement of mechanisms that will increase the speed of reaction and the introduction of anti-crise measures. This is necessary to increase the crisis resistance of enterprises and to create a more stable socio-economic system.
