DIRECTIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL PROVIDING OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE, INNOVATION AND TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY

The article is devoted to topical issues of the development of legal support for international cooperation in the field of science, innovation and technology transfer. The work proves that the legal support of international cooperation is an important component of successful work in the field of science, innovation and technology transfer, which are important components of the economic growth of the state. The article analyzes and systematizes possible directions for the development of legal support to increase the effectiveness of Ukraine's international cooperation in the field of science, innovation, and technology transfer to accelerate its economic growth. It is emphasized that intellectual property is a commodity within the market economy. Based on the results of the analysis, five promising directions for the development of legal support for international scientific cooperation in the field of science were identified, namely: international funding of research and development, creation and functioning of international scientific teams, access to modern scientific equipment and methods, acquisition of modern scientific equipment and improvement of international scientific communication. The analysis carried out in the article shows that scientific results are integrated into the economy mainly through various innovations, which are a powerful driver of the country's economic development. It is proven that innovations are the main direction of adaptation of scientific knowledge to the needs of society, and typical trajectories of the development of a modern high-tech innovative enterprise are highlighted. Also, the article analyzes a number of legislative acts (laws, agreements, memoranda) regarding Ukraine's international cooperation in the field of science, both Ukrainian and European. The need to develop national regulatory and legal acts that would allow to effectively regulate the interaction of Ukrainian and foreign partners in the field of innovation, to ensure intellectual property and protect the rights of innovative companies is substantiated. In addition, the work emphasized the importance of signing international agreements with partner countries that would allow solving intellectual property issues, support technology transfer and exchange of experience in the field of innovation.
