Abstract

The article examines the issue of public monitoring of the economic mechanism of state management of the country's food security. The need for the formation of a complex dynamic information base of the accumulative type to ensure public monitoring of this area, which will correspond to the methodological support of the general system of monitoring the economic mechanism of the state management of food security, is substantiated. The existing monitoring systems of state administration were studied and it was found that the algorithms of their functioning cannot be directly implemented in the system of public monitoring of the economic mechanism of state management of food security. The importance of the use of artificial neurons in the development of software for public monitoring is substantiated due to the need for continuous synchronization of information about new objects of public monitoring and recognition of their impact on specific indicators of the functioning of the economic mechanism of state food security management, as well as recognition of atypical complaints and proposals for the purpose of further expansion opportunities for comprehensive coverage of existing problems and their solutions. A multi-structural neural network model of the system of public monitoring of the functioning of the economic mechanism of the state management of the country's food security has been developed. The model is built within the Gliffy Pricing software product for UML diagrams, used by software developers to visualize processes and systems. The algorithms displayed within the proposed model can be described in the form of vertical and horizontal relationships between nodes within the objects, subjects and options of the model, where the horizontal algorithms describe the movement of the user's information flow, and the vertical ones describe the system. The proposed multi-structural neural network model of the public monitoring system will contribute to the development of software that will allow online monitoring of the functioning of the economic mechanism of state management of food security in real time, prompt response to existing problems and find ways to solve them in order to overcome the food crisis and prevent its occurrence in the future.
