THE ROLE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN EFFECTIVE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The article is devoted to finding out and researching the importance of electronic public services in modern society and their role in improving people's quality of life. It has been established that in recent years there has been a significant shift towards the introduction of electronic services in modern state administration. The research examined and analyzed how the increasing influence of technology in society paved the way for significant changes in public administration. It was established that at the current stage of the introduction of technologies in management, the way of work of state institutions to provide citizens with various state services, which have become convenient, fast and accessible, has been radically changed. It is also noted that electronic services contribute to reducing bureaucracy and improving the efficiency of state bodies. Electronic services have enabled government agencies to provide services without borders, allowing citizens to access important information and conduct transactions from home or work. The article also considers the issue of cyber security and protection of personal data when using electronic services, and also highlights the most popular types of electronic services, such as electronic government, electronic health care, and electronic education. In addition, the article defines the main directions of action and examples of solving problems that arise during the implementation of services in order to receive significant benefits from this in the future. Finally, the author calls for a wider use of electronic services, as they can contribute to a more efficient and convenient society. In the process of analyzing the investigated problem, it was concluded that, in general, the introduction of electronic services in modern public administration led to positive changes that revolutionized the traditional methods of providing services. It is concluded that the successful implementation of e-services requires the coordinated efforts of all stakeholders, including governments, private sector organizations, civil society and citizens themselves.
