Abstract
The article examines the philosophical content of the category «interaction» and reveals the conflictual features of the system of social interactions. A phenomenological understanding of the conflict is applied and the semantic and reflective levels of the conflict are analyzed. It is substantiated that hostility as a basis for distinguishing conflict relations has an objective nature. Necessary and sufficient parts of the conflict are subjected to critical analysis and its conditions are revealed.
