Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issues of physical training of police officers during professional development. Due to the growing number of crimes and terrorist acts, the importance of physical training of police officers is becoming increasingly important. The article analyses the problems faced by police officers, such as insufficient physical fitness, high anxiety and stress, insufficient control over health and performance. The author of the article examines the main objectives of police physical training, including increasing strength, endurance and coordination, improving speed and reaction, and reducing the risk of injury. The article also describes physical training methods, such as cardio, strength training, endurance and flexibility training, as well as relaxation and stress management techniques.
