Abstract

Introduction. The article describes the methodology for forming the professional potential of future teachers using web technologies. The definition of the concepts «web technologies», «professional potential of the future teacher», and «formation of the professional potential of the future teacher» is presented. Methodological approaches to the formation of the professional potential of the future teacher using web technologies are substantiated: system, technological, personal-professional, activity, optimization and corresponding principles. Specific methodological approaches are applied: problem-based, and level-based. Purpose. The article aims to reveal the essence of methodological approaches and principles of forming the professional potential of future teachers using web technologies. Methods. Theoretical methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature, systematization, and generalization of the received information were used. Results. The essence of the systemic approach, which is implemented within the framework of the following principles: objectivity, scientificity, cognition, determinization, historicism; technological (principles: manufacturability, selection of appropriate methods and tools), personal and professional (principles: naturalness, democratization and dialogization); activity (principles: activity, creative self-activity, unity of external and internal activity); optimization (principle of optimality) approaches. It was established that problematic and problem-based approaches contribute to the development of methodological and technological support for the process of forming the professional potential of future teachers using web technologies; the level approach allows to develop evaluation and criterion toolkit of pedagogical monitoring. Originality. An object-adaptive approach is proposed as a theoretical-methodological strategy for forming the professional potential of future teachers using web technologies. Its essence is substantiated, which unites two ideas: the idea of objectivity (the system of forming the professional potential of future specialists in the conditions of using web technologies is a technological object complex that provides full-fledged and high- quality training regardless of its forms and levels) and the idea of adaptation (reflects the processes of adaptation of the individual (as an object) to the conditions of the external and internal environment, which are carried out in higher education institutions under the conditions of informatization of education) and provides for adaptation of the system of formation of the professional potential of future teachers to the external computerized environment of professional training; adaptation of applicants and teachers to the internal environment - the system of forming the professional potential of future specialists using web technologies. Conclusion. We substantiated the methodological approaches to the formation of the professional potential of the future teacher using web technologies: system, technological, personal-professional, activity, optimization and corresponding principles. Specific methodological approaches are applied: problem-based, and level-based. An object-adaptive approach is proposed as a theoretical-methodological strategy for forming the professional potential of future teachers using web technologies.
