Abstract

Cancer is a genetically based illness that results from alterations in the genes that regulate how our cells operate. More genetic alterations, such as DNA mutations, are present in cancer cells than in healthy ones. Some of these alterations might not be related to the disease at all they might be its effect rather than its cause. This initiative makes an effort to examine and research esophageal cancer. It can develop when a malignant tumor grows in the lining of the esophagus and has two variants, making it the eighth most common cancer in the world. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and esophageal adenocarcinoma. Risk factors, symptoms, and indicators are discussed. The risk factors for esophageal cancer include smoking, drinking alcohol, and other behaviors. 575 altered genes that are connected to esophageal cancer, according to the cancer genome atlas. 180 examples of this malignancy were found in the cancer genome atlas. To further understand their relationships, these genes were examined. Additionally, using the k means clustering approach, a network of all the genes connected to this malignancy has been developed in 3 and 5 groups.
