LA FORMATION DU RESIDENT EN CHIRURGIE PLASTIQUE AU MAROC QUEN EST-IL ?

La formation en chirurgie plastique doit repondre a la pratique clinique et doit suivre le progres de la societe, cela fait plus que 20 ans que le premier chirurgien plastique a ete diplôme au Maroc, notre etude vise a faire un bilan sur la formation en chirurgie plastique a travers lelaboration dun questionnaire qui a ete envoye a lensemble des chirurgiens plastiques formes et diplômes au Maroc et aux residents qui sont toujours en formation ,cela nous a permis la collecte des avantages et des defauts de cette formation. Nous avons essaye a partir de ces resultats de proposer des solutions, du fait que 69% ne sont pas satisfaits. Parmi les problemes rencontres on trouve que la brulure inonde la formation dans 96% des cas , cependant lapprentissage du contingent esthetique est estime a 26%, alors quil sagit de la principale demande chez les patients une fois diplômee, de ce fait la chirurgie plastique au Maroc merite une restructuration de son apprentissage et de son exercice . Abstract : Training in plastic surgery should respond to clinical practice and should keep pace with the progress of society, its been 20 years since the first plastic surgeon graduated in Morocco, our study aims to take stock of training in plastic surgery through the development of a questionnaire that was sent to all plastic surgeons trained and graduated in Morocco and to residents who are still in training, this allowed us to collect the advantages and shortcomings of this training. We tried from these results to propose solutions, in fact 69% are not satisfied, among the problems encountered, the burn floods the formation in 96%, however, the learning of the aesthetic contingent is estimated at 26%, while this is the main demand among patients after graduation, therefore plastic surgery in Morocco deserves a restructuring of its learning and practice.
