Abstract
The article deals with the assessment of mines that provided with deposits, under their corporate practice and the possibility of building an integrated technological and economic passport of the enterprise. The features of the mechanism determining the boundary values o f the parameters that shape the degree of innovation attractiveness and hence privatization rating mine.
