Grounds for recognition of ownership rights to real estate objects in the bankruptcy of a developer

Ensuring the protection of the rights of participants in shared construction can be attributed to one of the important problems of Russian legislation. Solving the problem of establishing legal grounds for recognizing the right of ownership to objects of construction in progress and finished objects of shared construction, an analysis of statistical data was carried out and law enforcement practice was studied in detail.
