Abstract
A descriptive study was conducted to evaluate nursing care among patients in selected hospital of Gandhinagar. The general system model was used as a conceptual framework. A descriptive study design was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The sample consisted of 100 from selected hospitals of Gandhinagar .The random sampling technique was used to collect the sample in the study the mean was 16.74,median was 18 and standard deviation was 3.329 level of significance . So after evaluation of care the nursing care was highly effective.
