Abstract
Different volumetric methods were developed for the comparative study of Calcium content in vegetal dietary Ca sources as the almonds, chia and sesame seeds. In the quantitative analysis of calcium ion, two volumetric methods were applied: redox ( Clark-Collip Method) and complexometric. Volumetric methods were chosen for the study because these methods are quick, cheap, easy to put into practice, are not requiring complex equipment and also are prove to be reliable methods for performing macroelements dosages.
