The Producing University: A Proposed Formula for the Development of Jordanian University Education to Reach Globalization

The study aims to present a proposed formula for the university productive philosophy for the development of Jordanian university education to reach the global level from the point of view of the academic leaders at the University of Jordan, and the study community consisted of academic leaders at the University of Jordan for the academic year 2020/2021, and a random sample of (130) academic leaders was chosen. The data were analyzed and the results of the study show a statistically significant presence at the significance level (0.05≤α) for the university's obstacles. In addition, the results show a statistically significant presence for Academic Rank (Professor) to reducing access to the university's productive dye. The study recommends conducting research on productive universities and benefiting from their experiences, as well as conducting seminars on benefiting from productive universities
