Background and Objective: The main theme of this article is to discuss the use of PESTEL Analysis tool of quality management in the health care business and its advantages. Methods: The Author of this article has chosen literature review methodology of random research articles and literature on the websites regarding PESTEL OR PESTLE Analysis tool. 15 websites and articles were reviewed for writing article “The use of PESTEL Analysis tool of quality management in the health care business and its advantages”. The literature review has discussed the goals, uses, benefits, advantages, and disadvantages of the PESTEL Analysis quality tool to improve the health services for the patients.
