Abstract
Approaches to forming of conceptual government bases by activity of metallurgical enterprise are expounded in the article, being based on systems approach, western theories of business and management, modern priorities of development of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, that allows providing growth of competitive edges and development of metallurgical enterprises on innovative basis.
