Abstract
The article discusses statistical methods of quality management in relation to the production of metal products and structures. Defects that may occur during welding of products are identified, their causes are analyzed. The control map is demonstrated as a tool for visualizing the production process and the Ishikawa diagram as a tool for analyzing the causes of defects.
