Abstract

Risk management in regulatory systems is one of the most pressing tasks in modern business and public administration. In an environment of rapid technological development, unstable economic conditions and increasing demands for safety and operational efficiency, organizations face many potential risks that can lead to serious negative consequences. Therefore, the development and application of effective risk management methods and tools becomes a key factor in ensuring the successful functioning of organizations.  However, the challenge is that regulatory systems are often characterized by a large number of rules and regulations, which can make it difficult to identify and analyze potential risks. In addition, changing external conditions and the constant development of new technologies require flexibility in approaches to risk management. Therefore, it is important to create a system that will effectively and timely identify, analyze and manage risks within the framework of regulatory regulation. This article will review the basic principles and methods of risk management in regulatory systems, and also offer recommendations for their use to ensure the safety and efficiency of organizations.
