Abstract

This article examines the role of psychologism in B.L. Pasternak’s novel "Doctor Zhivago". The author draws attention to the fact that psychologism is one of the key elements of this work and allows the reader to better understand the characters’ characters and their inner world. The article also examines how psychologism helps the author convey the atmosphere of the time and place where the events of the novel take place. In addition, the author notes that the use of psychological techniques makes the work more emotional and allows the reader to empathize with the characters.
