Abstract
This article presents a study that is devoted to the development of tools for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative project management in an educational organization. Today, educational institutions face the need to introduce innovations to improve the quality of education and ensure competitiveness. However, the successful implementation of innovative projects requires effective management, an integral part of which is the monitoring of innovative projects being introduced.
