PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO AVOID ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY

The article reveals the features of preventive measures to prevent administrative responsibility. It has been determined that administrative responsibility is the most important institution of administrative law, designed to distinguish between lawful and anti-legal behavior and then punish any manifestations of socially harmful behavior aimed at violating the principles and postulates enshrined in the norms of administrative legislation. To begin with, we determined the essence of administrative responsibility according to the interpretation of scientists in the legal industry. Next, the legal basis for regulating the preventive activities of the police in Ukraine was determined. An analysis of the legislation regarding the provisions and orders for the prevention of administrative offenses suggests that at present the state system for the prevention of offenses requires improvement and the introduction of new standards for the prevention of administrative offenses. As a result, the preventive measures used by the police of Ukraine to prevent administrative liability were determined. It has been researched that the use of preventive measures contributes to the education of citizens' legal awareness, keeping individuals from illegal acts and thereby protecting them and society from the negative consequences resulting from the commission of an offense.
