THE INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article reveals the influence of information technology on the development of an enterprise in modern conditions. It has been established that up-to-date and reliable information is one of the key requirements for ensuring the life of an enterprise in conditions of limited resource supply and chaotic competition. It has been determined that the competitiveness of modern enterprises directly depends on the speed of obtaining information, the quality of processing and analysis, on the basis of which management decisions are based. It was found that an important stage in the implementation of information technology is evaluation. The obstacles that arise when introducing information technologies into the management of modern enterprises are highlighted. The positive aspects of introducing information technology in an enterprise are considered. It has been established that the modern level of information technology changes business processes, prescribing their company, and, on the contrary, economic processes change as they are reflected in the methods of information systems. It has been established that the introduction of new information technologies into management activities is aimed not only at automating routine methods of information processing, but also at organizing information and communication processes at a qualitatively new level. It has been established that the mechanism for introducing information technology at enterprises is a measurement system of an organizational and economic nature. The features of the development of information technology for enterprise project management are considered and it is established that, using information technology in project management, it is possible to automate one or more components of project management, including the creation of work plans and management of resources, costs, risks and quality. The conducted research takes into account some ideas and some provisions, theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and use of systems for economic diagnostics of activity and development of an enterprise in modern conditions, in conditions of risk and uncertainty. All this must be taken into account in the future for further research when improving the informatization system for enterprise business processes in modern conditions.
