Abstract

Introduction. Modern historical, political, socio-economic, energy, technological and other civilizational challenges actualize the problem of restoration and further modernization of the Ukrainian economy. In view of this, there is an objective need to specify the features of entrepreneurial education, the essence of which is not limited to the transmission of knowledge about the specifics, types, methods and mechanisms of entrepreneurial activity, stimulating the actions of vocational education students in the development of startups, virtual design of innovative enterprises and the creation of new jobs. Purpose. to substantiate the need for paradigmatic changes in the system of vocational education and training, due to the emphasis on the processes of formation, manifestation and further development of the entrepreneurship of each future specialist. Methods. theoretical analysis and logical generalization of laws and program documents, scientific publications and best educational practices; oral and written surveys of vocational education students. Results. Based on the analysis of the realities of the educational practice of preparing students for entrepreneurship, the need for educational paradigmatic changes was actualized. The modern pedagogical approaches to the formation and development of entrepreneurial qualities of future specialists and their encouragement to youth entrepreneurship are highlighted. It is argued that in today's conditions the classical educational paradigm, which is reproductive in nature and focused mainly on reproductive knowledge, does not meet the needs of society. The authors propose relevant conceptual and paradigmatic dimensions of training vocational education students for youth entrepreneurship, based on the understanding of entrepreneurship as a real opportunity to contribute to the development of society and the awareness of the entrepreneur as an energetic and proactive person, a generator of interesting ideas, who is able to organize the implementation of these ideas and succeed in the business they have started. It is on this basis that the author's vision of youth entrepreneurship is presented as an effective way to increase youth employment, create innovative enterprises and additional jobs for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and the modernization of the national economy in the post-war period. Originality. For the first time, a holistic and conceptual vision of the training of vocational education students for self-employment and successful adaptation of their own business to the conditions of civilization on the basis of the latest educational paradigm in seven dimensions is revealed: «Entrepreneurial Perspective», «Values and Ethical Beliefs», «Creative Entrepreneurial Thinking», «Productive Communicative Interaction», «Identifying Resources and Opportunities», «Organizing and Planning», «Implementing a Business Plan and Achieving Success». Conclusion. The authors substantiate the socio-economic significance of the phenomenon of youth entrepreneurship, which requires appropriate educational transformations. It is proved that the new paradigm of vocational education should be oriented as much as possible to the modern needs of society, the conditions of martial law and post-war economic reconstruction of Ukraine, in particular, the formation of a new system of values among young people and new subject-subject relations between the teacher and the student of vocational education, in which the teacher helps to learn, advises rather than teaches the student. Teachers of vocational education institutions are recommended to pay priority attention to motivating future professionals to obtain vocational education by updating their value orientations.
