STRESS MANAGEMENT DURING THE USE OF FIREARMS

The article examines the process of stress management during the use of firearms, in particular, stress factors that have a large negative impact on National Police officers, and in general, what is stress and what is its effect. Today, the problem of stress has become especially relevant, and the ability to cope with it is becoming a general need. In our society, there are many different professions, including those where the performance of professional duties takes place in extreme conditions that lead to a stressful state of a person. This especially applies to law enforcement officers.
