Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of a number of immunological parameters in acute and chronic hematogenous osteomyelitis in comparison with the characteristics of the course of the disease. A characteristic feature of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis (AHO) is the high frequency of chronic inflammation, which is due to the development of secondary immunodeficiency.
