Abstract
Microscopy, the traditional microscopy technique, excised tissues are typically examined to identify historical changes, and underlying disease features. The cellular imaging in turn provides information that is unattainable with other imaging technologies, thus widely used in medical wold. At the same time it captures the need of denoising. This paper applies partial differential equations first before applying hybrid median filter and provides better results. It is measured in terms of three parameters namely, Mean Square Error, Signal to Noise Ratio, and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio respectively
