It posits that adept handling of these resources is instrumental in enhancing the performance of various activities within the institution. The correlation between judicious financial resource management and the overall operational success of higher education institutions is a central theme.This shift towards financial autonomy in higher education is not without its challenges. The paper explores these challenges, offering insights into how institutions can navigate this new financial landscape. It proposes that adopting innovative management strategies can lead to more efficient and effective use of financial resources, thereby improving institutional outcomes.
