Abstract

Introduction. In the conditions of the modern market economy, which is characterized by dynamism, turbulence and uncertainty, in order to maintain the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the transport industry, special attention should be paid to the formation of an effective personnel management system. After all, qualified personnel capable of decisive and innovative decisions are the key factor in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. Despite extensive experience in personnel management, domestic enterprises still use traditional methods that do not bring tangible results. Therefore, there is a task to research and implement new innovative methods of personnel management using digital technologies. Goal. The purpose of the article is to research modern innovative technologies in the personnel management system of the transport industry using digital transformations. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of innovative personnel management technologies using digital technologies. The results were obtained as a result of the application of methods: systematization and generalization, analysis and synthesis — in the process of considering the main modern approaches to the content of the concepts of “innovative personnel management technologies” of the enterprise; classification and analytical method — in the process of clarifying the constituent elements of the development of innovative personnel management technologies using digital technologies, specifying the content of innovative personnel management technologies, researching the factors affecting the productivity of the company's employees. The results. The article explores issues of development and improvement of innovative personnel management technologies at the enterprise in the conditions of digital transformations. An analysis of modern scientific publications on the research topic was carried out. The most popular digital systems in personnel management are considered. At the same time, the potential of the used methods, methods and tools is almost exhausted, therefore the search for ways to increase the efficiency of the use of labor resources is shifting to the plane of development of innovative personnel technologies. Digitization is becoming a necessary part of the daily activities of the company's personnel. Modern technological solutions are changing the basic principles of office work. Digital transformation increases the efficiency and openness of business processes of enterprises in the transport industry. The process of setting tasks and evaluating their performance becomes centralized and effective, the risk of errors is minimized, and the time for information processing is reduced Prospects. Prospects for further research are related to the study of new approaches to innovative methods of personnel management using digital technologies of enterprises in modern conditions of uncertainty and crisis.
