Abstract
When designing corridor type buildings, there is a question whether the exits should be located on one or both sides of a long corridor. In this paper there is considered a corridor where both sides of the corridor are concentric semicircles for narrow corridors. An algorithm is presented to determine the optimal exit allocation for narrow corridors. An experimental calculation is performed.
