Abstract
The problems of becoming of new economy in the conditions of prevailing of traditional society are discussed, principles and factors of acceleration of evolutional advancement in the days of middle and late middle ages are revealed. The characteristic features of development of new economy are shown in time of industrial revolution and the specific lines of its evolution are determined in the coordinates of development of industrial society.
