Abstract

Tadqiqot ishida kofe turlari taxlil qilindi ularning kimyoviy tarkibi о’rganildi hamda TIF TN bо’yicha tasniflash me’zonlari ishlab chiqildi va bojxona amaliyotiga tavsiya etildi. О’rganilgan kofe mahsulotlari tarkibida, vitamin miqdori meyor talablaridan kam ekanligi, bitta namuna tarkibida kofein miqdori meyordan kо’p, ya’ni 2,5 barobar kо’p ekanligi aniqlandi.
