Ecological and economic development features of resource saving and secondary resources using in Ukraine

Bugay Resource saving and recycling is discussed as the most progressive direction of the natural resources potential use of the country. The modern interpretation of this category in economic theory is given. The state, main problems and prospects of the resource saving area are investigated. The implementation priorities of active policy of resource saving by domestic enterprises are given.
