Kemal Tahir’in Tarih ve Edebiyat Anlayışının Kaynakları :The Sources of Kemal Tahir’s Policy of History and Literature: On the Necessity of Understanding Kemal Tahir in Terms of His Method

When it is said we should read Kemal Tahir, discuss him, convey his views to next generations,the first thing that should come to mind is to be Kemal Tahir’s method/history policy . The issues and problems that Kemal Tahir discussed aren’t detached from the worldview he adopted. In this respect, the method/ the point of view is important. Otherwise, even though such a long time has passed, it is inevitable to discuss Kemal Tahir as he was not understood, he was glorified as a representative of “the idea/notion honor” which was reduced to staying detached from the ones in power or saying, “The state reconciled with Kemal Tahir.”
