Features of steady development of agricultural land-tenure

The aim of the article consists in generalization of featuresof steady development of agricultural land-tenure. The object of work is a process of steady development of agricultural land-tenure. The article of research are teoretic aspects ofsteady development of agricultural land-tenure. Methodological basis of the article are fundamentalpositions of modern economic theory, newest scientificachievements in industry of agrarian economics,theory of management and economy of land-tenure. The methods of morphological analysis are in-processused, abstractly-logical and scientific generalization. The practical value of the article consists in that herpositions can be used by executive bodies and organs oflocal self-government, by the specialists of agriculturalproduction and other physical and legal people. The essence and genesis of the concept of "sustainable development" was revealed in the context of the idea of sustainable economy. Approaches to the definition of "sustainable development" and the works of local and foreign researchers on the study of the subject were analyzed. Criteria for achieving sustainable development, methodological foundations of sustainable development were described. The concept of "sustainable development of agricultural land" was revealed. It was analyzed the nature of ecological approach to land use. The model that determines ecological, economical, social, R & D and innovation factors of land use was built, which will provide encouraging qualitative changes in agricultural land use.
