The war of the russian federation against Ukraine has necessitated not only a radical update of the current legislation of Ukraine, but also a rethinking of legal regulation in the field of information security. It is especially important there is that legal acts regulating information security are based on an integrated approach to information threats, which is due to the need to strategically counter threats and risks caused by confrontation in the information space. Strategic planning for ensuring information security in Ukraine in modern conditions requires scientific and legal understanding from the legal perspective in order to develop new approaches to solving priority problems, which determines the need to improve the national system of legal support for information security in accordance with the standards of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
