INTERNATIONAL ASPECTS OF SELECTION OF INDICATORS FOR ASSESSING THE ECONOMIC RISK OF SMALL ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES IN CHINA

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of international aspects of the selection of indicators for assessing the economic risk of small enterprises in China. The globalization of the economy and economic processes are becoming increasingly important and relevant, and small businesses in China are facing the need for effective management of the economic risk in the minds of increased competition. and the lack of transferability of economic minds, the market environment, and global risk factors. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify international aspects of the selection of indicators for assessing the economic risk of small enterprises in China. Materials and methods. The research materials include: 1) warehouses of international ratings; 2) scientific works of domestic and foreign authors, whose sphere of scientific interests includes the assessment and management of the economic risk of the activities of small enterprises, regarding China, the development of small business. During the course of the research, the following scientific methods were used: theoretical delineation (to characterize the criteria for the selection of indicators for assessing the economic risk of small enterprises in China); formalization and synthesis (to formulate a stock of indicators for assessing the economic risk of small enterprises in China); logical formalization (formulation of symbols). Results. During the investigation, the warehouses were given the international rating «Index of Economic Freedom» with particular respect. The key indicators that form the warehouse matrix of risks for China have been reviewed. The main criteria for the selection of indicators and five indicators for assessing the economic risk of small enterprises in China, covering the specifics of the business environment and international aspects, have been established. The international aspects of the selection of indicators in the context of managing the economic risk of small businesses in China are examined. Zokrem, presents approaches to assessing the economic risk of small enterprises in China in the context of the international ranking «Index of Economic Freedom», economic trends, etc. Discussion. Current scientific research tends to focus on developing effective economic risk management strategies that can accommodate the reduced financial capacity of small businesses.
