Abstract
The article examines the problem of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among employees of institutions executing criminal punishment (UIS). The article identifies the main risk factors for the development of PTSD in employees of the medical institution, describes preventive measures, and suggests methods for correcting PTSD. The article calls for the development and implementation of effective support programs for UIS employees to ensure their psychological well-being and professional effectiveness.
