Abstract

Investigation of elements of the electric equipment complex weighted metering, which provides training materials for metallurgical process was carried out. Mathematical modeling is carried out, the analysis of the transfer functions of the system is made, the criteria established performance and diagnostic parameters of the object are defined. Results of the study allowed to implement diagnostic functions in the management of dosing complex. In paper was made construction and calculation of diagnostic model are in-process executed for the estimation of the technical state of complex of dosage . This method of calculation and design of complex of dosage’s control system showed that in the conditions of non-obviousness of connections between the parameters of elements, it is necessary to estimate those parameters influence of that on work of the system is most. The executed calculations and conducted design of behavior of the system at different test influences confirmed the necessity of realization of estimation of the technical state similar to the examined object by the offered method. The offered method of estimation of the technical state can be recommended as the second stage of diagnosing, after realization of estimation of capacity with the use of discrete method on the basis of the use of function table.
