Abstract

Introduction. The article analyzes the experience of using the Moodle platform in the educational environment of Ukrainian universities, examines examples of the normative documents that provide technical support for the implementation of the distance learning technologies. The relevance of the chosen topic is substantiated by the lack of special publications on test control of students' knowledge, abilities and skills in the business Ukrainian language in the Moodle system. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to outline the features of the test tasks for final control placed in the teacher's electronic office. Methods. Educational literature analysis, analogy, induction and deduction.Results. A description of the educational and methodological support of the business Ukrainian language course is offered, the structural components of which can be used by all enrolled participants as materials for self- training. It is emphasized that in the conditions of mixed education, this approach is optimal for certain categories of applicants who study online. Moodle platform is a form of individual and independent learning and communication with the teacher and classmates (of course, in combination with e-mail correspondence, the Zoom meetings and such messengers as Viber, Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp). This is primarily for students who are abroad, serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and have some physical disabilities. Current, intermediate and final control of knowledge and skills in the business Ukrainian language is mandatory for these categories, as well as for those students who perform modular control tests or write an exam paper from the course in the classroom «live». Special attention should be paid to the author's educational publications, the electronic versions of which contain lectures, exercises and tasks on the Ukrainian language. Originality. Based on the research of the scientists, the author considers the advantages of electronic final testing, which include the openness of the test and the objectivity of its set parameters, the speed and comfort of machine verification of the answers, and the visualization of the results of testing of the group members. The main disadvantages are the possibility of students to violate academic integrity due to the lack of control of the testing procedure by the teacher, as well as insufficient attention to the evaluation of the text-making and spelling competences of the test takers. Conclusion. The article proposes – as an option – to combine various forms of classroom and remote control of knowledge, taking into account the individual study plans of individual students and on the basis of academic integrity. The prospects of the further scientific studies in the given plane are in the analysis of other educational online platforms.
