Features of professional competence development of future managers using digital didactic means

Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of professional competence of future managers by means of digital didactics. Ukrainian and foreign experience regarding the peculiarities of the development of professional competence of future specialists, in particular managers, has been studied. It was concluded that the main feature that affects the development of the future manager's professional competence is the future specialist's awareness of the advantages of the modern economy and business administration, the ability to use the digital achievements of society and the effective use of management functions when making professional decisions. Studying the methodological approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists clarified the concept of "professional competence of a manager", which is a qualitative characteristic of a specialist's personality, which includes a system of scientific and technical knowledge, in particular digital skills. It has been proven that the organization of the educational process in the preparation of future managers should be based on the principles of systematicity, interdisciplinary, professional focus, interactivity, accounting for regional features, gamification, application of competence regulations, action and a person-oriented approach by means of digital didactics. The key aspects of the process of developing the professional competence of future managers by means of digital didactics are characterized. The problem of using the competence approach in education is analyzed through the prism of research by Ukrainian and foreign scientists. It was found that the basis of professional competence is the formation of the professional culture of a modern manager, which includes values, attitudes, models and norms of behavior that arise as a result of economic activity, education and simple communication between people
