Abstract

Education creates self-confidence, self-reflection in a person and develops discretion, reasoning and decision making power in him. Therefore, the need to acquire education at every level of society and for every person has been considered essential for a developing country and society. Education develops a broad vision in a human being. Due to which he can see all the events of life from a broad perspective. Education is a lifelong process through which psychological, physical, mental, social and cultural development of a child is possible. The main objective of education is to develop the infinite possibilities contained within the child. Through education, the child's ability, capacity, interest and inherent qualities are to be developed in such a way that they can establish themselves as a respectable citizen in the society. For this research study, 600 B.Ed. students of various self-financed teacher training institutes of Kanpur district have been selected through purposive sampling method. In which it was found that in the context of high emotional intelligence and low emotional intelligence, 'teaching aptitude, knowledge towards language proficiency' were found to be comparatively almost similar in the group of female and male B.Ed. students. As a result, it can be said that the combination of such qualities like 'teaching aptitude' related to teaching skills, which have some specific knowledge and skill in organized responses, has difference in female B.Ed. students and male B.Ed. Less difference has been found in comparison to the group of students, therefore it can be said that the knowledge of skill and ability towards 'teaching aptitude' related to the ability of work efficiency is the same in both the groups of students because in both the groups of students, their educational level and educational equality and equal distribution of educational resources, age, quality, maturity of qualified and experienced teachers and quality and participation of leadership is more due to social and political interference and equal utility of latest technology, teachers having more knowledge and proficiency and professional commitment than the desire of knowledge for acquiring skills for 'teaching aptitude' in the developmental concept makes it clear that there is very little difference in the knowledge of both the groups towards the current education system, their curriculum included in the teaching subjects and their specialization in the study and teaching of academic subjects and academic success or efficiency. Therefore, due to equal use of means of communication for acquiring latest knowledge, there is very little difference in the educational success or efficiency of both the groups. Except in some special circumstances, similar 'teaching aptitude' and language proficiency have been found.
